Part of the Sercotel group of hotels, the 3 star Hotel Zurbaran is located in the quiet residential Son Armadams district
of the historic City of Palma de Mallorca. The hotel is approximately 3km to the west of the city centre and 10km from
the Son Sant Joan International airport. Many of the Palma tourist attractions including the Castillo de Bellver and Pueblo
Español, are within walking distance of the hotel, and the small, sandy Cala Mayor beach is approximately 4.5km to the
south west.
Built in 2003 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2009, the modern low rise Hotel Zurbaran has a total of 40 guest rooms, including 30 standard twin rooms and a further 10 singles, which are built over 4 floors. All guest rooms at the hotel are either centrally heated or air conditioned according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower and hairdryer, along with a safety deposit box available for rental, direct dial telephone, complimentary high speed WiFi internet access, satellite television, mini bar and either a balcony or terrace with exterior views. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week. Guest facilities on offer includes a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, along with a luggage room for late departures, a games room, public internet terminals, an air conditioned restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, as well as laundry and medical services and a comfortable lounge bar.
