The 3 star rated Hotel Mediodia is situated around 80 metres from the Playa de Palma beach in the popular resort of S'Arenal on the central south coast of Majorca.

The hotel is approximately 15km east of the capital Palma, 8km east of the Son Sant Joan International airport, and a few steps from the commercial centre of the resort, where you will find a good selection of bars, restaurants and shops.

Built in 1968 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2007 to include the installation of air conditioning in all of the guest rooms, the Hotel Mediodia has a total of 166 guest rooms, including 18 single rooms and a further 148 doubles, which are built over 9 floors.

All guest rooms at the hotel are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a modern "en suite" bathroom with shower and hairdryer, along with a direct dial telephone, satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have exterior views over the magnificent Bay of Palma.

In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian dishes, as well as a games room, laundry and medical services, public internet terminals and both lounge and pool bars.

For business guests the Hotel Mediodia also offers the use of a large air conditioned conference and meeting room, which is equipped with a selection of modern audio visual aids.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a small outdoor freshwater swimming pool, with integrated children's splash pool, and sun terraces which are furnished with loungers and parasols.
