Part of the H S M Group of hotels, the 3 star rated Hotel Reina del Mar is situated around 300 metres from the Playa de Palma beach, in the popular resort of S'Arenal on the central south coast of Majorca.

The hotel is approximately 15km east of the capital Palma, 8km east of the Son Sant Joan International airport, and 200 metres from the commercial centre of the resort, where you will find a good selection of bars, restaurants and shops.

Built in 1968 and fully renovated during the winter of 2015, the Hotel Reina del Mar has a total of 180 guest rooms, including 18 single rooms and a further 162 doubles, all of which are built over 9 floors, and set amidst 450m2 of sun terraces overlooking a central pool area.

All guest rooms at the hotel are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a modern "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with a direct dial telephone, satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area.

In addition to the above features, a daily maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services and luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian dishes, as well as a games room, laundry and medical services, public internet terminals with WiFi access available in selected areas of the hotel, and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes an outdoor freshwater swimming pool, with integrated children's section, and spacious sun terraces which are furnished with loungers and parasols.

The Hotel Reina del Mar also provides a seasonal programme of evening entertainment with disco music several times a week.
