The 3 star Hotel Venecia is a small family run hotel that is situated around 80 metres from the Playa Palmira beach, in the popular resort of Paguera on the south west coast of Majorca. The hotel is approximately 35km west of the capital Palma and the Son Sant Joan International airport, and a few steps from the commercial centre of the resort where you will find a good selection of bars, restaurants and shops.

Built in 1960 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2005, the low rise Hotel Venecia has a total of 48 guest rooms, including 41 standard twin rooms and a further 7 singles, which are built over 3 floors and set amidst almost 400m2 of Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces, around a central pool area.

All guest rooms at the hotel are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a modern "en suite" bathroom with cosmetic mirror, shower and hairdryer, along with a satellite television, direct dial telephone, complimentary high speed WiFi internet access, a safety deposit box available for rental, and either a balcony or terrace, many of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required, and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange desk, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, as well as a games room, public internet terminals with complimentary high speed WiFi access available in selected areas, laundry and medical services, and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with integrated children's section, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols.
